sustainability system change leader

As an industrial engineer with years of experience in sustainable operations, I have made it my mission to contribute to shaping the sustainable future of the economy. Over the past decade, I have worked on sustainable transformations in governments and businesses in Iceland, Germany, the UK and the Global South - as an independent consultant, as well as with SYSTEMIQ and McKinsey. Whether the projects are about developing climate policy with progressive industry leaders in Germany or advising government ministries in Iceland, I focus on bridging the gap between complex issues and easy implementation. It's all about interdisciplinary collaboration and consensus, as well as setting up and implementing broad change processes. My strengths lie in connecting long-term vision with practical implementation, especially in the circular economy, business innovation and public policy. Through my company sporin, I help clients deepen their impact while responding to broader societal needs.

I guide organizations and public institutions through complex transitions by embedding change management within their climate and sustainability strategies. My approach fosters alignment, resilience, and long-term engagement—ensuring that change is not only adopted but sustained.

Sustainability Strategies

My sustainability work takes a systems-level perspective, integrating environmental, social, and economic priorities into actionable strategies. I help clients transform ambition into impact by aligning sustainability goals with business and policy objectives.

Operational Efficiency

I identify and implement opportunities to streamline operations, reduce waste, and improve efficiency across value chains. My process optimisation work supports clients in meeting sustainability targets while unlocking hidden value and building operational resilience.
